First of all select your Panda Software solution to get the most accurate
results.

A Panda Software solution is a set of products and services that Panda offers
its clients.

Some solutions include several products.
In example, "BusinesSecure Antivirus" contains the "ClientShield", "FileSecure",
etc. products.

The search results specify which products incorporated in a Panda Software
solution the FAQs apply to.
Enter the
keywords.
Enter the text you want to look for and click on the Search button.
Check the
FAQS available.
This step in the system offers you all of the FAQs that match your inquiry.

You can refine these results by looking for a specific text in all the FAQs
found. This tool works in the same ways as the general search engine and can be
used as many times as necessary until you get just the information you need.

If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, a new search of the
Knowledge Base using different concepts will provide new options for resolving
your question.

If you still can't find the answer to your question after using the
three help services or tools, the system will give you the
option to contact our Tech Support service. Panda Software's team of
